Parmigiano And Fig Grilled Cheese Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread preferably sourdough
- 1 cup Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
- 4 tablespoon Fig Jam
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
1. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
2. On the unbuttered side of two slices, spread fig jam evenly.
3. Sprinkle grated Parmigiano-Reggiano over the fig jam.
4. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the sandwiches in the skillet.
6. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
