  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine zucchini slices, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Arrange zucchini slices on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the zucchini slices.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the zucchini is tender and the cheese is golden brown.
