- 4 large potatoes peeled and cut into wedges
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
