  • 4 large potatoes peeled and cut into wedges
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
