- 4 large potatoes cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the potato wedges, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
