Ingredients

  • 6 medium Potatoes washed and cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
  3. Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, turning them halfway through cooking.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Serve hot.
