- 6 medium Potatoes washed and cut into wedges
- 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, turning them halfway through cooking.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Serve hot.
