Parmesan Garlic Orzo Recipe
A simple and delicious side dish featuring orzo pasta with garlic and Parmesan cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Orzo
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Stir in the orzo and cook for 2-3 minutes, until lightly toasted.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer until the orzo is tender and the liquid is absorbed, about 10-12 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!
