- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the cauliflower.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and the Parmesan is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and serve hot.
