Ingredients

  • 1 large Papaya peeled, seeded, and sliced
  • 200 grams Shrimp cooked and peeled
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced papaya, cooked shrimp, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
