Papaya Salad Recipe
A refreshing and spicy Thai-style papaya salad.

Main Ingredients
- 1 green papaya, shredded
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 0.5 cup green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 red chilies, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 0.25 cup roasted peanuts, crushed
In a large bowl, combine shredded papaya, tomatoes, and green beans.
In a mortar and pestle, pound garlic and chilies together.
Add fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar to the garlic and chili mixture. Mix well.
Pour the dressing over the papaya mixture and toss to combine.
Sprinkle with crushed peanuts before serving.
