Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 packet Gelatin unflavored
  • 3 tablespoon Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Sprinkle gelatin over water in a small bowl and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and stir in the gelatin mixture and vanilla extract.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
