Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 250 g Paneer cubed
  • 1 cup Yogurt thick
  • 2 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 cup Cream
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate paneer cubes in yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Grill the marinated paneer until golden brown.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a skillet, add tomato puree, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Add cream, salt, and grilled paneer. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot with naan or rice.
