Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon skinless
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Lemon Dill Sauce

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Dill chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Place salmon fillets in the skillet, skin-side up. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  5. 5. Serve salmon fillets with a generous dollop of lemon dill sauce on top.
