  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Score the skin of the duck breasts in a crisscross pattern.
  2. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Place the duck breasts skin-side down in the skillet.
  5. Cook for 6-8 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
  6. Flip the duck breasts and cook for another 4-6 minutes.
  7. Remove from skillet and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
