Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rice
  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Mussels cleaned
  • 1 teaspoon Saffron
  • 1 cup Green Peas
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 unit Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 unit Red Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 unit Lemon cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the paella pan over medium heat and add some olive oil.
  2. 2. Sauté the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper until softened.
  3. 3. Add the rice and saffron, stirring to coat the rice with oil.
  4. 4. Pour in the chicken broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes, without stirring.
  6. 6. Add the shrimp, mussels, and green peas. Cook until seafood is done.
  7. 7. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve hot.
