Ingredients 

Overnight Oats

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Blueberry Chia Jam

  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, milk, chia seeds, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
  2. 2. Divide the mixture into mason jars and refrigerate overnight.
  3. 3. For the blueberry chia jam, heat blueberries in a saucepan over medium heat until they start to break down.
  4. 4. Stir in chia seeds and maple syrup. Cook for another 5 minutes, then let it cool.
  5. 5. In the morning, top the oats with the blueberry chia jam and enjoy!
