Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers any color
  • 1 cup orzo
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
  3. Cook orzo according to package instructions.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked orzo, feta, olive oil, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Stuff the bell peppers with the orzo mixture.
  6. Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
