Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Orange Zest
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 ½ teaspoon Gelatin Powder
  • 3 tablespoon Cold Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, sugar, and orange zest. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture is hot, but not boiling.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and stir in the gelatin mixture until completely dissolved. Add vanilla extract.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into ramekins. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  5. 5. To serve, run a knife around the edge of each panna cotta and invert onto a plate.
