Orange Chia Pudding Recipe

- 1 cup Orange juice freshly squeezed
- 3 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon Honey optional, for sweetness
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the orange juice, chia seeds, and honey (if using).
Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumping.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
