Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted

Filling

  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in sour cream, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract. Pour over the crust.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes. Turn off oven and let cheesecake cool in oven with door slightly open for 1 hour.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
