- 1 sheet Puff Pastry thawed
- 2 large Onions thinly sliced
- 2 large Pears thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 cup Goat Cheese crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Honey
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 15 minutes.
Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and place it in a tart pan.
Spread the caramelized onions over the puff pastry.
Arrange the pear slices on top of the onions.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and crumbled goat cheese.
Drizzle honey over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
