Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Water
- 1 bunch Green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, water, and salt. Mix until smooth.
2. Stir in the chopped green onions.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add vegetable oil.
4. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan, spreading it out evenly.
5. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
6. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve hot.
