Onion & Mushroom Flatbread
A delicious and easy-to-make flatbread topped with caramelized onions and mushrooms.

Main Ingredients
- 1 large onion thinly sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 flatbreads
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs optional
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes.
Add mushrooms to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Place flatbreads on a baking sheet. Spread the onion and mushroom mixture evenly over each flatbread.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve warm.
