Onion Gruyère Chicken

- 4 pieces Chicken breasts
- 2 large Onions sliced
- 1 cup Gruyère cheese shredded
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 15 minutes.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place them in a baking dish.
Top the chicken breasts with caramelized onions and shredded Gruyère cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
