Onion & Goat Cheese Flatbread
A simple yet delicious flatbread topped with caramelized onions and creamy goat cheese.

- 1 large Onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 package Flatbread
- 4 oz Goat Cheese crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze optional
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 10-15 minutes.
Place the flatbread on a baking sheet. Spread the caramelized onions evenly over the flatbread.
Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese over the onions.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the flatbread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired. Cut into slices and serve warm.
