  • 1 large Onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 package Flatbread
  • 4 oz Goat Cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet. Spread the caramelized onions evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese over the onions.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the flatbread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired. Cut into slices and serve warm.
