Ingredients

  • 1 large Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 large Onions thinly sliced
  • 200 g Brie Cheese sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook until caramelized, about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  3. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven for about 5 minutes or until lightly golden.
  4. Top each toasted baguette slice with a piece of brie and a spoonful of caramelized onions. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
  5. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the brie is melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
