Onion Blue Cheese Crostini
A delicious appetizer featuring caramelized onions and tangy blue cheese on crispy crostini.

Main Ingredients
- 1 loaf Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 large Onions thinly sliced
- 1 cup Blue Cheese crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brush baguette slices with olive oil and place on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
In a skillet, heat remaining olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 15 minutes. Stir in balsamic vinegar and cook for another 2 minutes.
Top each toasted baguette slice with caramelized onions and crumbled blue cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
