  • 2 pcs Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and add the milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  2. 2. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat until melted and bubbling.
  3. 3. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it cook undisturbed for a minute.
  4. 4. Use a spatula to gently lift the edges of the omelette, allowing the uncooked eggs to flow underneath.
  5. 5. When the omelette is mostly set but still slightly runny on top, fold it in half and slide it onto a plate. Serve immediately.
