Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter softened
  • 1 cup Brown sugar packed
  • ½ cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Eggs large
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups Old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup Raisins

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and cinnamon; stir into the creamed mixture until just blended. Mix in the oats and raisins.
  5. Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until the top is golden brown. Cool in the pan, then cut into bars.
