Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats and milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the oat mixture. Stir to combine.
  3. Mix in the beaten egg and vegetable oil until well combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and edges look set, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
