Ingredients 

Pancakes

  • 1 cup Oats blended into flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Trifle Layers

  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt
  • 2 cups Mixed Berries fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoon Honey

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blend oats into flour.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together oat flour, milk, egg, baking powder, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. 3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
  4. 4. Let pancakes cool and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  5. 5. In a trifle dish, layer pancake pieces, Greek yogurt, and mixed berries. Drizzle honey on top.
  6. 6. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used up. Serve immediately or chill for later.
