Main Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a saucepan, combine honey, peanut butter, brown sugar, and butter. Cook over medium heat until melted.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
In a large bowl, mix oats and cranberries. Pour the melted mixture over the oats and cranberries. Stir well.
Press the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool before cutting into bars.
