Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine honey, peanut butter, brown sugar, and butter. Cook over medium heat until melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  4. In a large bowl, mix oats and cranberries. Pour the melted mixture over the oats and cranberries. Stir well.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before cutting into bars.
