Simple and delicious nori wraps filled with fresh veggies and smoked salmon or tofu.

Main Ingredients
- 4 sheets nori
- 2 cups cooked sushi rice
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 4 oz smoked salmon or tofu
- Soy sauce, for dipping
- Pickled ginger, for serving
- Wasabi, for serving
Lay a sheet of nori on a flat surface.
Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border.
Arrange avocado, cucumber, carrot, and salmon/tofu in a line along the bottom edge.
Roll the nori tightly around the fillings.
Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi.
