Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon Instant yeast
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 ½ cups Water Room temperature

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add water and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
  4. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Place a Dutch oven in the oven to preheat.
  5. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and shape it into a ball.
  6. Carefully place the dough into the preheated Dutch oven. Cover with the lid and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until the bread is golden brown.
  8. Remove the bread from the Dutch oven and let it cool on a wire rack.
