- 1 cup Sweet Peas cooked
- 1 cup Corn cooked
- 1 cup Black Beans cooked
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 8 pieces Tortillas
- 1 cup Enchilada Sauce
1. In a mixing bowl, combine sweet peas, corn, black beans, and shredded cheese.
2. Lay out tortillas and spoon the mixture onto each one.
3. Roll up the tortillas and place them in a serving dish.
4. Pour enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
