Nacho Cheese Sauce with Jalapeno

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon Chopped jalapenos
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Whisk in the flour and cook for about 1 minute.
Slowly add the milk, whisking constantly until smooth and thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted and smooth.
Stir in the chopped jalapenos, salt, and garlic powder.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
