Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon Plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • ¾ cup Warm water

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Add the yogurt and olive oil, then gradually add the warm water while mixing until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll each into a ball.
  5. On a floured surface, roll out each ball into a thin oval shape.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each naan for 1-2 minutes on each side until puffed and golden brown.
