Main Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- ½ cup walnuts
- 2 cups fresh basil
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ cup olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
Cook pasta according to package instructions.
In a food processor, combine walnuts, basil, Parmesan, garlic, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
In a pan, sauté mushrooms until tender.
Mix cooked pasta, pesto, and mushrooms.
Season with salt and pepper.
