  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • 2 cups fresh basil
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a food processor, combine walnuts, basil, Parmesan, garlic, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
  3. In a pan, sauté mushrooms until tender.
  4. Mix cooked pasta, pesto, and mushrooms.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
