  • 200 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme chopped
  • 4 slices Bread toasted
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and turn golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Toast the bread slices until golden and crispy.
  6. Top each toast with the mushroom mixture. Serve warm.
