Main Ingredients
- 200 g Mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme chopped
- 4 slices Bread toasted
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt and pepper
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and turn golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Toast the bread slices until golden and crispy.
Top each toast with the mushroom mixture. Serve warm.
