  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme chopped
  • 4 slices Bread toasted
  • 1 clove Garlic halved
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in chopped thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Toast the bread slices and rub each slice with the halved garlic clove.
  5. Top each slice with the mushroom mixture and serve warm.
