Mushroom Thyme Bruschetta
A simple and delicious appetizer featuring sautéed mushrooms and fresh thyme on toasted bread.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme chopped
- 4 slices Bread toasted
- 1 clove Garlic halved
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add sliced mushrooms and cook until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in chopped thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Toast the bread slices and rub each slice with the halved garlic clove.
Top each slice with the mushroom mixture and serve warm.
