Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Mushrooms sliced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 8 pieces Tortillas
- 1 cup Salsa for serving
- 1 cup Avocado sliced, for serving
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in the cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
Fill each tortilla with the mushroom mixture. Top with salsa and avocado slices.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
