Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 8 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 cup Salsa for serving
  • 1 cup Avocado sliced, for serving

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. Fill each tortilla with the mushroom mixture. Top with salsa and avocado slices.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
