Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 8 Slider Buns
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 8 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms and sauté until tender. Set aside.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and pepper. Form into 8 small patties.
  3. 3. Cook patties in the same skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty and allow to melt.
  5. 5. Assemble sliders by placing a patty on each bun, topping with sautéed mushrooms.
