- 2 eggs

1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the mushrooms and cook until they are soft.
4. Pour the eggs into the skillet and let them cook undisturbed for a minute.
