Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 500 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their juices and become tender, about 10 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms and stir well to combine.
  6. Gradually add the vegetable broth, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
  7. Stir in the sour cream and cook until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
