  • 1 block Tofu firm, drained
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 cups Spinach fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until soft.
  3. 3. Crumble tofu into the skillet and stir in turmeric and garlic powder.
  4. 4. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
