  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups Spinach, fresh
  • 2 slices Bread, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Top toasted bread slices with the mushroom-spinach mixture.
