  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 1 Pie crust

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Place pie crust in pie dish. Spread mushrooms, spinach, and cheese evenly in the crust.
  4. Pour egg mixture over the vegetables and cheese.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
