  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 cups Mushrooms sliced
  • 4 cups Spinach fresh
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Add mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 3 minutes.
  6. 6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
