  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are soft.
  3. 3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Pour in the heavy cream, and bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper, and cook until the sauce thickens.
  6. 6. Serve hot over your favorite dish.
