Main Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta Any type of pasta
- 250 g Mushrooms Sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and become golden brown.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
