Mushroom Gruyere Tart Recipe

- 1 sheet Puff Pastry thawed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 lb Mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup Gruyere Cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon Thyme fresh, chopped
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the puff pastry and fit it into a tart pan. Prick the bottom with a fork.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and become golden brown.
Add garlic and thyme to the mushrooms, cook for another minute. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread the mushroom mixture over the puff pastry. Top with shredded Gruyere cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the pastry is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
